Inspired by the Spanish word for **“the light,**” LALUZ is dedicated to illuminating the path towards growth and self-discovery for both individuals and organizations. We believe everyone has a unique light within them, and we’re passionate about helping that light shine even brighter. LALUZ was founded by Karen Wonders on the principle that true success comes from fostering learning, inspiring potential, and nurturing trust. With a background in engineering, operational leadership, and executive coaching, Karen envisioned a space where individuals and organizations alike could thrive. As LALUZ grows, we bring in coaches who share our values and bring their own depth of experience. Each coach operates within the LALUZ framework, ensuring every client receives the same level of care, structure, and commitment to results.
