This approach is grounded in a unique foundation. I'm a Certified Executive Coach and an engineer with over 20 years in operational leadership. I also hold an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto. 

This blend of experience is my strength. I understand the strategic world of business and the logical mind of an engineer. It allows me to be a more effective partner, helping you build practical, clear, and actionable steps to reach your goals.
