Begin: A 30-minute session where we'll explore your aspirations and how coaching can help you shine brighter.
Explore: Over the course of 2 to 4 sessions, we'll explore your current situation, desired outcomes, and key challenges dimming your light.
Achieve: Over the course of 4 to 6 sessions, we'll collaborate to develop the skills and strategies needed to fan your inner spark and achieve your goals.
Maintain: We'll fine-tune your approach and ensure you have the tools to maintain momentum and let your light shine brightly over 2 to 3 sessions.
