In the community of Oakville, Ontario, LALUZ Consulting Inc. is setting a new standard for business consulting. Inspired by the Spanish word for "the light," LALUZ is dedicated to illuminating the path towards growth and self-discovery for both individuals and organizations. We believe everyone has a unique light within them, and we're passionate about helping that light shine even brighter.

Founder & President
I've always been driven to empower individuals and organizations to achieve extraordinary results. Whether leading large teams or streamlining complex processes, my focus remains on unlocking potential and driving growth. This passion led me to pursue an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, where I honed my skills in strategic decision-making, change management, operations management and corporate finance. Now, as a Rotman Certified Executive Coach, I partner with leaders to maximize their potential, drive impactful change, and achieve sustainable success.
My journey began with a passion for engineering, earning a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Manufacturing from the University of Toronto. This foundation instilled in me a deep understanding of systems, processes, and optimization – principles that have guided my 20+ year career in operational leadership.
I believe operational excellence shines brightest when teams have clear direction, the autonomy to execute, and a culture of continuous learning and collaboration – creating an environment where each individual's light finds its spark. My approach is to promote open communication, provide opportunities for growth, and recognize individual contributions, which leads to increased engagement, improved efficiency, and a shared commitment to excellence.
By blending my engineering background with business acumen and coaching expertise, I bring a strategic and holistic perspective to every challenge. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce and NetSuite allows me to further drive digital transformation and optimize business processes.
